Today I went out and photographed a little town near O’Fallon: Cottleville, MO. Having grown up in the area, I remember when Cottleville was … well, a lot smaller. It’s been growing and changing a lot recently, so I thought I’d better go out and take a few pictures before it becomes unrecognizable.
This sign is new.
I’ve never ventured down for St. Patrick’s Day, but I’ve heard it’s great.
This poor little farm is right up against a busy road nowadays, but I’m always happy when the cows are in sight. It makes me feel not quite so “suburban,” after all.
