Since I put up a picture of the moon yesterday, I figured it was only fair.
These pictures were taken today in the Busch Wildlife area — specifically, at Lake 31. I’ve always wondered why they didn’t make an effort to give the lakes more poetic names.
Photography note: to get the lights in your picture to have nifty-looking “rays” coming out of them, be sure to stop down your aperture as much as possible (these were taken at f/22). Alternately, you can duck behind a tree or other object and then adjust your position so the rays are juuuuust peeking out from behind it.
